手深度烧伤早期功能治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨手部深度烧伤早期功能治疗的临床效果。【方法】随机将180例手部深度烧伤患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组90例。治疗组采用根据关节的运动方向进行被动运动和主动运动,进行功能位固定及抗挛缩位包扎,温浴疗法,器械疗法,加强手部肌力和指间关节的早期功能治疗。对照组采用同样方法进行手部肌力和指间关节的后期功能治疗。【结果】两组的治愈率和总有效率分别为治疗组70.44%和98.89%;对照组10.33%和87.78%,两组患者的治愈率、总有效率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】手部深度烧伤早期功能治疗明显优于后期功能治疗。[Objective] To study the clinicial effect of early stage function therapy on deep degree burned hand. [Methods] One hundred and eighty patients with burned hand were divided randomly into treatment group （ n = 90） and control group （ n = 90）. The patients of treatment group received early stage function treatment including passive and initiative movement, functional fixation of hand et al . while the patients of control group were given the same treatment at later stage after burned wound was healed. [ Results] The results showed that the rates of complete healing and effectivity in treatment group and control group were 70.44% vs. 10.33 %and 98.89% vs. 87.78%. There was a significant difference of the rates between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusions] Eearly stage functon treatment of deep burn of hands is more beneficial than later treatment after burn wound was healing.
