摘 要:高孔密深穿透射孔器的弹间干扰会使射孔深度下降,孔眼变形,毛刺变高,甚至枪身变形,严重影响射孔性能。计算并比较了先后爆轰的2发射孔弹间的冲击波传播时间t1与导爆索引爆时间差t,认为产生弹间干扰的主要原因是,当t1<t时,先爆轰射孔弹产生的冲击波可能使后爆轰射孔弹处在不对称的压力场中,造成弹架变形、射孔弹变位、射流形态变化。因此,在射孔弹间填充柔性材料,可延长冲击波传播时间t1,削减冲击波能量,降低后爆轰射孔弹周围的压差,从而改善弹间干扰。当射孔弹间填充介质分别为空气、电木和柔性材料时,不同射孔器在不同孔密条件下的射孔实验数据表明,填充柔性材料后,射孔穿深增加,稳定性提高。可见,在射孔弹间填充柔性材料是改善弹间干扰的有效措施。Perforating charge interference in perforator with high shot density and deep perforation penetration causes decrease of penetration, distortion of perforated hole, increase of burrs, even distorts perforating gun, affects perforating quality badly. Transmission time of shock wave (t1) and igniting time difference of detonation core (t) between 2 charges exploding successively are calculated and compared, considered is that when t1〈t, the shock wave produced by the earlier exploding charge makes pressure field around the later exploding charge asymmetrical, and might cause distortion of the gun body, displacement of the charge, and variation of the jet form, and that the shock wave is the main cause of the charge interference. So filling flexible material in space between charges might prolong the t1, minify energy of the shock wave, decrease pressure difference around the later exploding charge, to improve the charge interference. Experimental data with different perforator of different shot density filling air, bakelite or flexible material in space between charges show that the flexible material increases the perforation penetration and stability. It is an effective measure to improve charge interference with flexible material filling in space between charges.
