摘  要:通过4个辐射剂量(100 rad、400 rad、700 rad和1000 rad,剂量率均为0.97 Gy/min)的60Co-γ辐射处理红安久梨部分已萌发的种子,经播种移栽,处理后的实生苗分离成红色苗和绿苗。为明确辐射处理对红安久梨种子基因组DNA的影响,对处理后的实生苗以及未辐射处理的实生苗进行了RAPD分析。用400个随机引物进行了重复筛选,共获得9个稳定的RAPD引物。结果表明,辐射处理对红安久梨种子基因组DNA造成了一定的损伤。The seeds of pear (Pyrus communis L. ) cuhivar Red D'Anjou were irradiated by γ-^60Co at the dosage of 100 rad, 400 rad, 700 rad and 1000 rad. Based on the observations of the shoots grown from these seeds, RAPD analysis was carried out to study the effects of ^60Co-γray on the genomic DNA of the shoots. Only 9 stable primers which showed clearly different bands in the shoots from the treatment of different dosages were obtained from 400 random primers. The result indicated that the genomic DNA of the pear seed was damaged by radiant treatments.
