摘  要:压裂井在施工后期进行排液测试及采气过程中,常有支撑剂回流、刺坏地面流程的情况发生,增加了施工难度及施工费用,给压裂井顺利投产和正常输气带来不利影响。通过对压裂井出砂原因进行分析,提出了具体的预防对策,列举了几种新型的加砂压裂工艺技术在川西气田试验井的现场应用,为今后川西气田开展加砂压裂新工艺、新技术提供了可靠的参考资料。During the testing and exploitation of the fractured wells, Support pharmaceutical often sting badly the surface flow system. This increases the difficulty of construction and operating expenses, brings harmful influence for production of fractured well and gas transference. By analysis for producing sand reason, the concrete prevention countermeasures are put forward in this paper and several kinds of the new technology of the fracturing have been enumerated and been passed the on-the-spot application of the well in the west gas field of Sichuan which offers reliable reference material for the west gas field of Sichuan in the future.
