间苯三酚在中期妊娠引产中的应用

摘　　要：【目的】研究间苯三酚(斯帕丰)在中期妊娠引产中的应用价值。【方法】依照纳入标准随机选取自愿要求中期妊娠引产的患者108例,分为阿托品组(n=55)和间苯三酚组(n=53)。间苯三酚组予以常规利凡诺引产,于宫口开大1 cm时予以间苯三酚80 mg静脉注射。阿托品组同样采取利凡诺引产并于同等情况下予以阿托品0.5 mg宫颈注射,观察引产时间、患者痛苦程度、引产成功率及宫颈裂伤情况,并测量记录引产后出血量及清宫率,利用统计学分析。【结果】患者痛苦程度间苯三酚组明显轻于阿托品组(P<0.01),引产时间间苯三酚组明显短于阿托品组(P<0.01),术后清宫率明显低于阿托品组,产后出血量无明显差异。【结论】间苯三酚用于中期妊娠利凡诺引产的辅助用药可以明显缩短引产时间,降低清宫率,减轻患者痛苦。[ Objective] To observe clinic effect of using spasfon in course of terminating midtrimester pregnancy. [Methods] Selected 108 women desiring to terminate midtrimester pregnancy randomly according to adopting criterion and divided them into Atropine （ n = 55） group and Spasfon （ n = 53） group. Women in the Spasfon group were injected abdominal intra-amniofically with 100 mg of rivanol, and given 80 mg of Spasfon injection intravenously when the cervix dilated 1 cm. Women in the Atropine group were injected samelly with rivanol and given Atropine 0.5 mg injection in the cervixat at the same time of Spasfon. Time duration and the success rate of terminating pregnancy, suffering of the patients and the laceration of cervix were observed, postpartum hemorrhage and the rate of curettage were taken record. [Results] Suffering of patients of Spasfon group is less than that in the Atropine group （P 〈 0.01）, and time duration of terminating pregnancy is much shorter than the Atropine group （P 〈 0.01）, the rate of curettage is lower than the Atropine group （P 〈 0.01）. There is no statistically significant difference between the two groups in postpartum hemorrhage. [ Conclusions] Employing Spasfon in terminating midtrimcster pregnancy together with injecting rivanol abdominal intra- amniotically can apparently help shorten the time duration of terminating pregnancy, decrease the rate of curettage and weaken the suffering of the patients at the same time.
