摘 要:【目的】探讨武警战士在高原军事训练期间等长运动对心脏功能影响,为指导在高原的军事训练提供科学依据。【方法】受试者分为高原籍高原训练组(高原Ⅰ组)、平原籍高原训练组(高原Ⅱ组)、平原籍平原训练组(平原组)。用XXG-E3型自动心血管功能诊断仪记录训练前、训练的第4周、第8周、第12周心脏功能指标。每次在静态和50%MVC状态下3min末同步纪录桡动脉脉搏图和肱动脉血压。【结果】等长运动后,3组的脉搏速率增快,左心有效泵力、左心能量利用率、心肌耗氧指数、心肌耗氧量、心肌血流需要量增加(P<0.001)。等长运动后,高原Ⅰ组和平原组心输出量、心脏指数、心肌血流灌注量增加(P<0.01,P<0.001)。高原Ⅱ组心输出量、心脏指数、心肌血流灌注量的变化不显著。3组的每搏输出量、心搏指数和心肌供血率在运动前后的差别均无统计学意义。【结论】在低氧军事训练期间,50%等长运动后高原籍高原训练组心脏泵血功能增强,心肌血流灌注量增加。平原籍高原训练组心脏泵血功能、心肌血流灌注量变化不显著。提示,高原籍新兵心力贮备强于初到高原的平原籍新兵。[Objective] To explore the influence of isometric exercise on cardiac function in the recruits during military affairs training on plateau and provid scientific basis for military affairs training on plateau. [Methods] Subjects were divided into 'plateau native plateau training group (plateau Ⅰ group), plain native plateau training group (plateau Ⅱ group), plain native plain training group (plain group). The cardiac function indexes were recorded with XXG-E3 cardiovascular function diagnostic unit before training, 4th week, 8th week, 12th week during training. Radial artrial sphygmogram and brachial arterial blood pressure were synchronously recorded at quiet state and the end of 3 minutes for 50% maximal voluntary contraction (50% MVC). [Results] After isometric exercise, pulse rate, left atrium utility pump power, left ventricular energy utilization rate, myocardium oxygen consumption index, myocardial consumption of oxygen and myocardial blood flow requisite amount increased in all groups ( P 〈 0.001). After isometric exercise, cardiac output, cardiac index, myocardial blood flow priming volume increased both in plain group and plateau Ⅰ group, ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.001). The change of cardiac output, cardiac index and myocardial blood flow priming volume was not significant in plateau Ⅱ group. Compared with before isometric exercise, changes of stroke volume, stroke index was not statistically significant in all groups. [Conclusions] During military affairs training in hypoxia circumstance, blood-pumping function of heart enhances in plateau native plateau training group after 50% MVC and myocardial blood flow priming volume increases. The change of blood- pumping function of heart and myocardial blood flow priming volume in plain native plateau training group is not significant after 50% MVC. This study indicates that the cardiac reserve of plateau native recruit is better than that of plain native recruit
