摘 要:采用酯化、聚合和酰胺化反应制备了用于大庆0^#柴油的降凝剂。最佳酯化反应条件为:丙烯酸/混合醇A(十四醇/十六醇/十八醇质量比为30:30:40)摩尔比为1.6:1.0,催化剂对甲苯磺酸/丙烯酸(摩尔比)为0.010,温度120~130℃,时间5h。最佳聚合反应条件为:以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,其用量为酯化产物的1.0%~1.2%(质量分数),温度100~110℃,时间4~5h。最佳酰胺化反应条件为:椰子油胺/丙烯酸(摩尔比)为0.4~0.6,温度220~230℃,时间2h。结果表明,将制备的降凝剂加入到大庆0^#柴油中,放置一段时间后,未出现冷滤点反弹现象;加入后油品各项指标无明显变化,但柴油的冷滤点下降。The pour point reducer used for the Daqing 0^# diesel oil was prepared by esterification, polymerization and amidization. The optimum esterification condition was : the molar ratio of mixed alcohol A (mass ratio of tetradecyl alcohol/hexadecyl alcohol/ Octadecyl alcohol 30:30:40 ) to acrylic acid 1.0: 1.6, toluene - p - sulfonic acid/acrylic acid 0.010,120 - 130 ℃ ,5 h. The optimum polymerization condition was: with azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator, its amount 1.0% - 1.2% of esterification product, 100- 110 ℃ ,4- 5 h. The optimum amidization condition was : coconut oil amide/acrylic acid ( mole ratio ) 0.4-0.6,220-230 ℃ ,2 h. The results showed that the cold filter plugging point of Daqing diesel fuel did not rebound when pour point reducer was added. The properties of the diesel oil were not changed, but the cold filter plugging point decreased.
