摘  要:通过特异性试验、敏感性试验、阻断试验等建立鉴定猪源多杀性巴氏杆菌Pasteurella multocida血清型的对流免疫电泳(CIE)技术。结果表明,抗原、抗体之间具有较好的特异性,而且有着很好的重复性;敏感性较琼脂扩散试验至少提高4倍;对本实验室分离的13株Pm进行荚膜血清型分型鉴定显示,A型(8/13,61.54%)、D型(5/13,38.46%),符合PCR鉴定结果。本方法具有快速、特异等特点,且不需要特殊设备,操作简便。Through specificity test, sensitivity test,and blocking test, an identification of swine Pasteurella multocida serotype by resis(CIE) technology was set up. The results showed that antigen and antibody have good specificity and repeatability, This technique was at least 4 times more sensitive than the agar-gel precipitation, By using this method of separation of the laboratory for 13 swine Pasteurella multocidas capsular serotypes type identification, type A(8/13, 61.54% )and D(5/13, 38.46% )were in full compliance with the identification of PCR results. This method has the rapid and specific characteristics. It does not require special equipment,is easy to operate for workers, and could be widely used at grass-root,
