摘 要:在喷射鼓泡塔实验台上,采用KMnO4/CaCO3进行了协同脱硫脱硝实验,研究了氧化剂加入量、SO2浓度、NO浓度、浆液pH值、浸没深度、浆液浓度、模拟烟气温度对SO2和NO脱除效率的影响.实验结果表明:NO的脱除效率随氧化剂加入量、SO2浓度、浸没深度、浆液浓度的增大而提高,随NO浓度的提高而降低;SO2的脱除效率随氧化剂加入量、SO2浓度、pH值、浸没深度、浆液浓度的增大而提高,而NO浓度和烟气温度对SO2脱除效率无影响作用;NO的脱除效率与浆液pH值和温度无明显关联.Experiments on simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification were conducted with KMnO4/CaCO3 in a jet bubbling reactor. The influence of oxidizer concentration, SO2 concentration, NO concentration, slurry pH value, immersion depth, slurry concentration, flue gas temperature on removal efficiencies of SO2 and NO were examined. Experimental results show that the NO removal efficiency increases with the increase in oxidizer concentration, SO2 concentration, immersion depth and slurry concentration, and it decreases with the increase in NO con- centration. The SO2 removal efficiency can be raised by increasing the oxidizer concentration, SO2 concentration, pH value and slurry concentration, and the NO concentration and flue gas temperature have no effect on the SO2 removal efficiency. There is no obvious relationship between the NO removal efficiency and the pH value and the slurry temperature.
