摘  要:通过采用制绳用优质线材,保证线材具有良好的力学性能、表面质量和显微组织;采用蓄热式热处理炉,控制炉压和气氛;采用直进式拉丝机,改变冷却方式并实现拉拔监控,钢丝的脱碳情况大大改善,生产的直径2.8mm制绳用钢丝的平均抗拉强度1 846 MPa,散差小于50;平均扭转值37次,散差为4.5;平均弯曲值15次,散差为3,钢丝性能完全满足高档钢丝绳用钢丝的要求。By adopting quality wire rod for rope to guarantee wire rod good mechanical property, surface quality and microstructure, adopting storage heat type heat treatment furnace to control furnace pressure and atmosphere, adopting straight line wire drawing machine to change cooling mode and realize wire drawing monitoring and control, the decarbonization situation of wire improves greatly. The average tensile strength of diameter 2.8 mm steel wire for rope is 1 846 MPa, the dispersion is less than 50 ; the average torsion is 37 times, the dispersion is 4.5 times ; the average bend is 15 times, the dispersion is 3 times. The properties of the steel wire can satisfy the demands of high grade wire rope completely.
