摘　　要：介绍钢丝绳用锥形预变形器和3段柱式预变形器的优缺点,探讨应用范围。对2种预变形器存在的问题进行分析,提出设计思路。通过消化吸收各种预变形器的优点,设计加工了6股、8股及12股等钢丝绳用预变形器,满足钢丝绳不松散要求。To intruoduce the advantages and disadvantages of cone-shape and three parts column-shape pre-deforming apparatus for steel wire ropes and to probe into their applied scope. To analyze the existing problem of two kinds of pre-deforming apparatus and put forward design solution. Through digest and absorb advantages of pre-deforming apparatus, the apparatus for six, eight and twelve strands wire ropes are designed and manufactured and can meet the requirements of non- loose of wire rope.
