摘　　要：设计变更的管理涉及工程的质量、进度、投资等多方面,而且贯穿于施工阶段的整个过程。这就要求建设、设计、监理、施工等各方协调一致,有理有章,严格遵循法定程序,做好设计变更的管理工作,使国家的建设投资创造出最大的经济和社会效益。The management of design alteration involves various aspects such as engineering quality, progress and investment, and prongs the whole process of construction stage. It requires all parties such as design, supervision, construction to be coordinated in line, constitute reasons and regulations, follow legal proceedings strictly, carry out the management of design alteration commendably, makes national construction investment create the greatest economic and social benefit.
