销毁废炸弹的设计和组织实施

摘　　要：介绍了辽宁省本溪市截止到2006年6月底收缴了各种类型的废旧炮弹、炸弹、爆破筒、地雷、手雷、手榴弹、子弹等,总重量达10t。为了彻底清除隐患,公安机关组织实施了本市规模空前的废旧炮(航)弹的销毁。根据这次被销毁的废旧弹的特点,选择了爆炸法。说明了炮弹运输的过程注意事项,并按工程爆破设计的思路,阐述了销毁场地和诱爆药的选择、爆破参数选取,以及此次销毁工作的施工组织及安全措施,经过精心操作,圆满成功。The paper states that upto the end of June, 2006, about ten tons of shells, bombs,bangalores mines,bombs, grenades, bullets have been impounded in Benxi City, liaoning provincein order to eliminate the potential danger completely, the Public Security Bureau ananged to carry out this unprecedented destruction of these discarded bombs.As per the characteristics of these bombs, a particular blasting method was chosen. The paper expounded the transportation process of these shells,bombs etc as well as some cautions and affentions. And also as per the plan of project blast design, it expounded the selection of destruction gound and detonating explosives, selection of blasting parmeters, and the operation anangement and security means. Thanks to the careful rnanagementt, the operation succeeded completely. The successful experience stated in this paper is of some reference.
