摘 要:针对胡萝卜老株采种生产成本高等问题,试验采用育苗小株采种,研究了60 d、75 d和90 d苗龄对种株生长发育和种子产量质量的影响。结果表明:75 d苗龄的种株苗期生长迅速,定植后缓苗较快;长苗龄的种株初期抽薹率较高,且75 d和90 d苗龄的抽薹高峰期较早;75 d苗龄的种子产量最高;75 d苗龄的种子发芽活力较高。To overcome the disadvantages of high cost in the root-toseed method for carrot seed production,the seed-to-seed method as studied with transplanted stecklings at three seedling ages(60 d,75 d and 90 d) to evaluate growth and development of stecklings,yield and quality of seeds.The results showed that seedlings of 75 d grew quickly after replanting,and its survival rate was very high,and that the early bolting percentages of stecklings from older seedling ages were high,and that the bolting peak timings of 90 d and 75 d treatments occurred much earlier;The 75 d seedling age produced the highest yield,and that its germination vigour of seed was higher than others.
