摘　　要：结合厨房和卫生间地面渗漏的危害,对渗漏的原因进行了分析,提出了厨房和卫生间渗漏的预防措施,以从根本上消除渗漏,确保厨房和卫生间地面的工程质量,从而保证房屋的使用寿命。In view of the hazards of floor leakage in kitchen and toilet the reasons caused the floor leakages are analyzed, at the same time corresponding measures are proposed to prevent floor leakage in kitchen and toilet in order to ensure the engineering quality of kitchen and toilet as well as service life of houses.
