摘　　要：根据梅西水库现在的运行状态及运行管理资料,对库内来水和过水进行分析计算,了解在不同频率年下水库的水能,分析判断水库是否存在扩容的可能,提出应对防洪弃水进行合理利用,从而大大提高梅州市水利资源的利用效率。According to the operating situation and the operating managing data of Meixi reservoir, it makes the analysis and calculation to the coming and crossing water of the reservoir, realizes the water energy of reservoir in different frequency years, analyses and judges if it is existed of the capability expanding of the reservoir, and puts forward that the water of proof flood should be used reasonably, and this increase the utility ratio of water resource of Meizhou largely.
