热处理杨木的色变研究

摘  要:为了弄清楚热处理木材表面颜色变化规律以及耐光性,本研究通过对素材和160,180,200℃4小时热处理杨木表面颜色的测量对比,得到了热处理材颜色变化规律及其耐光性,结果表明:①与未处理木材相比,热处理木材明度、红绿色品指数、黄蓝色品指数都有所增加;②随着热处理温度的升高,热处理材比对素材的色差更大;③经过180小时太阳光照射后,热处理材色变虽比素材要小的多,但仍属于大的视觉感觉范围,所以热处理材用于室外时,仍需做防光色变预处理。In order to determine the color-change regularity and light-proof of wood surface, this research obtained the results by testing and comparing the surface color of untreated wood and 4-hour heating-treated poplar wood under 160, 180 and 200℃. The results showed: (1)compared with non treated wood, heating-treated wood had a increase in brightness, red-green chromaticity index and yellow-blue chromaticity index; (2)as the temperature grew higher, heating-treated wood had a much smaller color change than untreated wood; (3) after a 180-hour sunlight shining, the color change of heating-treated wood still belonged to the large degree of visual perception, though being much smaller than untreated wood. Therefore, heating-treated wood still needs a pre-treatment of light-induced discoloration for outdoor use.
