摘 要:用化学法和辐射法合成了以VAc为单体的白乳胶。对它们的成核机理进行了比较,并对它们的粘接强度和耐水性进行了测试和比较。得出结论:辐射法合成白乳胶是完全可能的。在成核机理上两者均以相成核为主,但辐射法还可见明显的液滴成核存在,由此对乳液的稳定性产生了不利的影响,从而对生产工艺也提出了一定的要求。在性能上,辐射法合成的PVAc乳液的粘接强度和耐水性能均优于化学法合成的产品。The PVAc emulsions induced both by chemica1 initiator and by radiation are prepared in this study, and the nucleation mechanism, the adhesion strength and the water - resistance properties have also been companed. The results show that PVAc emulsion is capable of being produced by the method of fadiation. The aqueous phose nucleation can be seen in both reacti0n. But there is another nucleation-monomer droplet nucleation in the reaction initiated by radiation, which influences the stability of the emulsion and correspondingly requires some relevant conditions in the processing. The results also show that adhesion strength and the water-resistance property of the emulsion made by radiation are better than that of product made chemically
