摘　　要：近年来,许多经济较为落后地区的农民进城打工,导致大量土地撂荒,造成了极大的浪费。通过允许土地承包经营权直接入股的形式获取收益,不仅能够盘活这些撂荒土地,提高其利用效率,也给农村的发展带来一个新的机遇,当然在求得机遇的同时会有许多不可避免的问题存在,故在实践中需要不断地探索。In the recent years, many farmers go to cities and hunt jobs form the poor areas. It is quit waste that so much land are desolated. Farmers can obtain incomes by converting the contractual operation right of rural land into shares,at the same time the land can be used efficiently. It is a good chance for the development of the rural. We should explore the problems those cannot be avoided in practice.
