摘 要:以国内常用的高能腐殖酸为对象,研究了有机膨胀剂在铅蓄电池浮充电环境下的化学结构变化情况。利用UV-Vis光谱和FT-IR吸收光谱,分析了在硫酸溶液中高能腐殖酸分子结构中某些官能团的变化情况。结果表明,作为膨胀剂的腐植酸在电池的酸性和阴极还原环境中,其主要官能团羧酸根被破坏,生成了一种羰基。而这些官能团的变化,影响腐植酸分子在铅颗粒表面的吸附行为,对有机膨胀剂的作用机理有着重要影响。The chemical stability of humic acid in the negative plate of lead-acid batteries was studied. And the changes of some functional groups in the molecular structure of humic acid were measured with UV-Vis spectra and FT-IR spectra. The cathodic reduction tests of the negative plate in H2SO4 solution were conducted. The results showed that the functional groups of humic acid could be converted chemically into other structural groups during the cathodic reduction period in H2SO4 solution. Thus, it affected the adsorption of humic acid on the surface of lead grains, and then had influence on the mechanism of action for organic expanding agents.
