雷米普利对原发性高血压患者心率变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的评价血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂雷米普利对原发性高血压患者心率变异性（HRV）的影响。方法选择28例原发性高血压患者为试验组，给予口服雷米普利2．5～5mg，每天1次，疗程4月，观察试验前后HRV的变化，另设25例健康体检者为正常对照组。结果试验组治疗前HRV较对照组明显减低（P〈0．01）；治疗后HRV明显升高（P〈0．01）。结论雷米普利可有效提高原发性高血压患者HRV，具有一定的改善自主神经功能作用。Aim To investigate the significance of HRV in patients with hypertension and the effects of ramipril on HRV. Methods In 28 hypertension patients who were given ramipril 2.5mg or 5mg and 25 healthy persons, the heart rate varabilities were recorded and analyzed now and after 4 months. Results The results showed that HRV in patients with hypertension were much lower than those in the normal control group, and that the HRV were significantly improved after 4 months of ramipril treatment. Conclusion Ramipril may improve the HRV validly and the function of autonomic neuropathy in patients with hypertension.
