摘　　要：2004年中央提出促进中部崛起战略,赣州应积极主动响应号召,依托资源和产业优势,突破不东不西的区位条件,加快体制创新,加大对外开放的力度,坚持科学发展观,走出一条经济又好又快的发展道路,实现赣州的迅速崛起。In 2004, the Chinese central government put forward the policy of promoting the rapid development of the central part of China. The city of Ganzhou in Jiang Xi province should make active response to it as follows., rely on the advantages of its resources and industry; break through the restrict of its regional conditions of neither in the east nor in the west; accelerate the institutional innovation; increase the intensity of opening to the outside world; adhere to the scientific concept of development; Hence a fast and fine way toward the economic development.
