摘　　要：从体外试验和体内实验两方面,在生物大分子水平、细胞水平和整体水平等层次,概述了近几年烟气一般和特殊毒性作用及其作用机制的研究成果。Progress and current status of research in tobacco toxicology was reviewed. General toxicity and special toxicity of tobacco in vitro and in vivo tests were discussed from biomolecule, cell, and animal and/or human level. Effective mechanism was discussed and further study was proposed.
