摘  要:从MARK-Ⅳ型鲁奇炉的内夹套基本结构入手,结合工厂几年来的试生产情况,通过分析认为夹套损坏是由夹套板过热与高压差共同作用所致,并且夹套板过热是主要原因。进而通过与南非萨索尔、美国大平原工厂的同类型气化炉比较,提出改进意见。Starting with the basic structure of the internal jacket of MARK Ⅳ Lurgi gasifier and combining with years of experience from commissioning,this paper gets a conclusion that the jacket damage is caused by the overheating of the jacket plate as well as the high pressure diffe rence, among which the overheating of the jacket plate is the main reason.After that,this paper puts forward some improvements through comparison with the same type gasifier in Sasol of South Africa and North Dakota of the United States.
