水质稳定剂HPDP缓蚀阻垢性能评定

摘　　要：用静态阻垢、旋转挂片失重法实验研究了HPDP(1-羟基丙叉-寸,1-二膦酸)对CaCO_3、Ca_3(PO_4)_2等的阻垢性能以及对Q235(原牌号为A3)碳钢的缓蚀性能等.试验证明,HPDP是一种优良的阻垢缓蚀剂,适用于高温、高碱、高pH、高浓缩倍数的循环冷却水处理,具有广阔的应用前景.Static scale inhibition and rotal coupon tests were used to study the scale inhibition to CaCO3, Ca3(PO4)2 by 1-hydroxypropy liclene-1,1-diphosphonic acid (HPDP) and its corrosion inhibition to mild steel, The experimental results all proved that HPDP was a kind of exceedingly good water treatment agent as corrosion and scale inhibitor. It can be used in high temperature, high alkaline, high pH and high concentration multiple circulat-ing water.
