摘 要:采用乙醇提取法,以芦丁为标准样品,研究马齿苋中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺,建立的芦丁标准工作曲线回归方程为:C=0.0883A+0.0016,相关系数R=0.9989。用正交实验研究了乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度和提取时间对黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。结果表明,最优提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数75%,料液比1∶20,提取温度80℃,提取时间2.5h,在此条件下,马齿苋中黄酮类物质的含量可达到76.0mg/g以上。In this paper, the extraction technology of flavonoids from purslane was studied with extraction method of ethanol and rutin being taken as the standard sample, the regression equation of rutin standard working curve: C=0.088 3A+0.001 6, the correlation coefficient is R=0.998 9. Effects of ethanol concentration, ratio of liquid to material, extraction temperature, extraction time on extraction rate of flavonoids were investigated by orthogonal test. The optimum extraction conditions for purslane flavonoids were established as follows: ethanol concentration was 75% (v/v), ratio of materials to solvent was 1 : 20 (W/V) , extraction temperature was 80℃, extraction time was 2.5 h. The content of flavonoids in purslane was over 76.0 mg/g.
