摘　　要：学科定位准确、专业设置合理是每一所高校健康快速发展的前提。建设高水平的本科院校关键要确立学科、专业建设的多科性特色目标定位和走跟踪与自主创新相结合的新路径。The exact orientation of discipline and the reasonable setting of specialty are the precondition for the healthy and rapid development of higher education institutions. The key for constructing high - level undergraduate universities is to establish goal orientation of discipline and specialty construction characterized by multi - discipline, and to pursue the new way of integrating follow - up and self - innovation.
