摘　　要：测定了ＩｎＦ３┐ＺｎＦ２┐ＢａＦ２┐ＳｒＦ２系统中掺入不同价氟化物ＲＦｎ玻璃的各特征温度、密度和红外截止波长。研究了ＲＦｎ的引入对玻璃形成能力、析晶性能和其它性质的影响。结果表明：４ｍｏｌ％ＧａＦ３和ＭｇＦ２替代ＩｎＦ３使玻璃的形成能力提高，而ＮａＦ和ＣａＦ２的引入则使玻璃的析晶倾向增加。引入ＣｄＦ２使玻璃的红外截止波长向长波方向移动。he characteristic temperatures, density and IR cutoff of InF3ZnF2BaF2SrF2 glasses doped with different valent fluorides have been determined. The effects of the addition of RFn on glassforming ability, crystallization behavior and other properties have been studied. It is found that the substitution of 4 mol% GaF3 and MgF2 for InF3 lead to enhance the glassforming ability. The addition of NaF and CaF2, however, increases the tendency of fluoroindate glasses towards crystallization. The cutoff wavelength in IR. Shifts to longer wavelength with the addition of CdF2 to the system.
