临床护理路径在甲状腺功能亢进症手术病人中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：[目的]探讨运用临床路径护理甲状腺功能亢进症手术病人的应用效果。[方法]160例甲状腺功能亢进症手术病人随机分为实验组(临床护理路径组)和对照组,每组80例。实验组按临床路径实施护理,对照组采用传统护理方法。比较2组住院天数、住院费用、并发症的发生率、病人对健康知识掌握情况和病人及家属对护理服务的满意度。[结果]实验组病人的住院天数和住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.01);病人满意度和健康知识评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]临床路径实施护理,可以减少住院时间,降低住院费用,有利于病人主动参与诊疗和护理,促进了病人术后生活自理能力的恢复,提高了病人满意度。Objective： To probe into application effect of clinical nursing path for hyperthyroidism patients undergoing operation. Methods： A total of 160 hyperthyroidism patients undergoing operation were divided into test group （clinical nursing path） and control group （80 cases each）. Nursing care was Carried out by applying clinical path for test group patients, And patients of control group were given traditional nursing care. Items including the average hospitalization days, average medical cost, incidence of complication, grasp of health knowledge and satisfaction degrees of patients and family members toward nursing service of both groups were compared with each other. Results： In terms of the average hospitalization days and average medical cost, patients of test group were much lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.01）. However, satisfaction degree and health knowledge score of test group cases were significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： To provide nursing care based on clinical nursing path could reduce the average hospitalization days^nd average medical cost, that is profit to patients actively participating in,diagnosis and treatment and nursing care. It can promote the recovery of postoperative life self- care ability of patients and enhance satisfaction degree of them.
