清热解毒药配伍桔梗汤对急性肺损伤模型治疗作用的实验观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨清热解毒中药配伍桔梗汤对内毒素致急性肺损伤模型大鼠的治疗效果。方法:雄性SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为生理盐水组、ALI模型组、清热解毒药组、清热解毒药+桔梗汤组。股静脉注射内毒素脂多糖(LPS)制备ALI大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠肺系数、肺含水量、肺组织MPO含量及病理形态学变化。结果:与生理盐水组相比,ALI模型组大鼠肺系数、肺含水量、肺组织MPO含量均明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),病理形态学显示肺组织PMNs浸润、毛细血管充血、水肿及出血明显。中药干预后肺组织病变明显减轻,各生物学指标及MPO水平也相应下降(P<0.01或P<0.05),且清热解毒药联合应用桔梗汤疗效优于单纯清热解毒中药。结论:桔梗汤对清热解毒中药有明显抗炎增效作用。Objective ：To explore the Synergistic Action of platycodon root Decoction on the Heat-clearing and Detoxicaring herbs to treat acute lung injury rats induced by lipopolysaccharide. Methods ：The male SD rats were randomly divided into four goups： nomal group, ALI group, Heat-clearing and Detoxicating herbs group and Heat-clearing and Detoxicating herbs added with platycedon root Decoction group. LPS was injected into the femoral vein of rats to prepare ALI models. Macroscopic and histopathological exams were performed and biological indexes including lung wet weight/dry weight, pulmonary coefficient, pulmo water content and MPO activity of lung homogenate. Results ：Lung histopathological examination showed the PMNs infiltration, micrangium engorgement, edemaand hemorrhage were more prominent in the in the ALl group than that in the normal group. Lung wet weight/dry weight, pulmonary coefficient, pulmo water content and MPO activity of lung homogenate were significantly increased （ P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05）. After intervention by Chinese Detoxicating herbs, the histopathological changes were markedly milder, and the above biological indexes of lung injury and the MPO content were correspondingly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）, and the Heat-clearing and Detoxicating herbs assisted with platycodon root Decoction prescription had a better effect. Conclusion ：Platycedon root Decoction has apparent synergistic action on the anti - inflammatory effect of Heat-clearing and Detoxicating herbs to treat ALl rats induced by lipopolysaoeharide.
