中药逆转高血压左心室肥厚作用机制的实验研究进展

摘　　要：左心室肥厚是由于左室面积增加而不是心肌细胞增多所致的心脏扩大和左室重量增加。其病理学改变主要表现为心肌细胞肥大和心肌间质纤维化。左心室肥厚是独立于高血压的危险因素,因此研究中药对逆转左心室肥厚的作用机制,对研发新药,改善高血压病患者的预后有着重要的意义。Left ventricular hypertrophy was due to an increase rather than left ventricular myocardial cells increased by cardiac dilatation and left ventricular mass increased. Pathological changes reflected mainly in cardiac myocyte hypertrophy and myocardial fibrosis. Left ventricular hypertrophy is an independent risk factor in hypertension, therefore study on mechanism about the traditional Chinese medicine in Reversal of Hypertensive Left Ventricular Hypertrophy is very important to the research and development of new drugs and improve the prognosis of patients with essential hypertension.
