半夏泻心汤及拆方对小鼠胃排空影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究半夏泻心汤及组成药味的4个不同组合对小鼠胃动力的作用,筛选作用最优组方。方法:以葡聚糖蓝(BD)2000为标记物,观察小鼠的胃内色素残留量。结果:阳性对照组、半夏泻心汤组、辛开药组、苦降药组、甘补药组、辛开甘补药组胃残留量。均低于空白对照组,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。半夏泻心汤组、辛开药组、苦降药组、甘补药组胃残留量与阳性对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。各用药组之间比较,辛开甘补药组与苦降药组胃残留量明显低于其他拆方组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:5组不同组方均具有促胃动力作用,其促胃动力作用程度与西沙必利相近,5组不同组方促胃动力作用强度不同,其中辛开甘补药组与苦降药组组方最强。Objective： To study the action of Banxia Xiexin Tang and the other four different conformations for mouse sgastric emptying, using 2% blue dextran as a marker,then choose the best one. Methods： Give 2% blue dextran 2000 aqueous solution 0.4mL by oral, then examine the absorbanceand vacuity control, and compare the remaining rate of pigmen in gastric between them. Compare the function of gastric emptying. Results ： The effection to function of gastric empty. The dose of remaining in stomach of vacuitycontrol group is higher than those of positive control group. Banxia Xiexin Tang group,Xinkaiyao group,Kujiangyao group,Ganbuyao group and Xinkaiganbuyao group,that is an the gastric empty rate of vacuity control group is lower than other groups,and the difference is significant（ P 〈0.01 ）. The dose of remaining in stomach of positive control group is higher than those of Banxia Xiexin Tang group, Xinkaiyao group. Kujiangyao group, Ganbuyao group,and Xinkaiganbuyao group, that is, the gastric empty rate of positive control group is lower than other groups. But there has no significant difference between them （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The other groups compare Xinkaiganbuyao group and Kujiangyao group are significant （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The roles of accelerating gostric power in the five different groups are better than that insaline, and the degree of them is near to cisapride. The role of accelerating grastric power among these five groups is different, the Xinkaiganbuyao group and Kujiangyao group are the best.
