摘 要:目的观察三仁汤对脾胃湿热证、湿偏重证大鼠模型胃窦P物质(Substance P,SP)、生长抑素(So-matostatin,SS)含量的影响,以探讨脾胃湿热证、湿偏重证之间胃窦SP、SS的变化规律。方法将32只大鼠随机分成4组各8只:正常对照组、湿热组、湿偏重组、三仁汤组,采用肥甘饮食、湿热环境及病原微生物等复合因素建立脾胃湿热证、湿偏重证的动物模型。采用放免法检测各组大鼠胃窦中SP、SS的含量。结果三仁汤能提高已降低的SP、SS的含量。湿热组、湿偏重组大鼠胃窦SP、SS含量较正常对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);湿热组SP、SS水平较湿偏重组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);三仁汤组与湿偏重组比较,SP、SS的含量提高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),三仁汤组与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论脾胃湿热证、湿偏重证大鼠模型存在胃肠激素的紊乱,SP、SS含量降低;三仁汤对大鼠胃窦的SP、SS含量具有调节作用,能提高已降低的SP、SS的含量。Objective To observe the influence of Sanren decoction (SD) on substance P (SP) and somatostatin(SS) in sinus ventriculi of rats models with damp-heat and dominant damp syndrome of spleen-stomach and investigate the changing rule of SP and SS between the two syndromes. Methods 32 rats were divided randomly into 4 groups as follows: normal control group (NCG), damp-heat group(DHG), dominant damp group(DDG) and SD group(STG), in each group. The rats models were setting up by and sweet food, wet were detected with feeding the composite food such as 8 rats greasy and hot environment, and pathogen and etal. The contents of SP and radioimmunoassay. Results The contents of SP and SS were increased SD. The content of SP and SS in DHG and DDG were obviously lower than that in NCG (P〈 0.01); they were much lower in DHG than that in DDG (P〈0.05), and they were increased in SDG Compared with that in DDG (P〈 0.01); there was no significant difference between SDG and NCG(P〉 0.05). Conclusions The gastrointestinal hormones are disordered in sinus ventriculi of rats with the damp-heat and dominant damp syndromes of spleen-stomach and the content of SP and SS are degraded. SD can regulate the content of SP and SS and increase them.
