摘  要:目的通过芦荟多糖对衰老模型小鼠胸腺与脾脏的影响,以增进对衰老免疫学机制的了解,探求芦荟多糖对免疫衰老调节的理论及实验依据。方法选取3周龄健康雌性NIH小鼠44只,体质量(20±4)g,按体质量随机分为4组:衰老模型组、芦荟多糖组、阳性对照组、正常对照组。连续灌胃30 d后,检测小鼠胸腺指数与脾脏指数。结果芦荟多糖对小鼠体质量无明显影响,各组间平均体质量差别无统计学意义。但衰老模型组小鼠胸腺与脾脏平均体质量明显下降,与其它各组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),显示有不同程度的萎缩。芦荟多糖组小鼠与衰老模型组相比,其胸腺指数与脾脏指数均有显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与与正常对照组、灵芝多糖组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芦荟多糖能够调节衰老小鼠机体的免疫功能。Objective To observe the change of thymus and spleen from effects of Aloe Polysaccharide on the aged mice and so as to study immunology theoretical and experimental data in anti-aging of Aloe Polysaccharide. Methods Forty four NIH female mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: the aged model, Aloe, positive control and normal control group. Aloe polysaccharide was supplemented daily to mice (100 mg/kg body weight per day) for 30 days, then, the indexes of thymus and spleen were measured. Results Aloe polysaccharide was not effective to mice weight, the difference of mean weights in all the groups was not obvious, but the mean weight of thymus and spleen in the aged group decreased compared with that in other group (P〈0.01); the indexes of thymus and spleen in Aloe group were increased remarkably compared with the aged group (P〈0.01), but were not significant compared with normal and Aloe groups (P〉0.05).
