九香止泻肠溶片治疗湿热型急性感染性腹泻临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察九香止泻肠溶片治疗湿热型急性感染性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将60例湿热型急性感染性腹泻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组服用九香止泻肠溶片,对照组服用肠康片,3 d为1疗程,观察1个疗程。结果对急性感染性腹泻疗效,治疗组总显效率为83.3%,总有效率为93.3%,对照组分别为60.0%、86.7%;对湿热证候疗效观察,治疗组总显效率为83.3%,总有效率为96.7%,对照组分别为56.7%、86.7%。治疗组与对照组比较,止泻、止痛起效时间治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论九香止泻肠溶片对湿热型急性感染性腹泻具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiuxiang Zhixie enteric-coated tablets （JZET） for acute infectious diarrhea of damp-heat syndrome. Methods 60 patients with acute infectious diarrhea of damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in treatment groups were treated by JZET; 30 in control groups by Changkang tablets. The therapeutic course for both groups was 3 days. Result The total effective rate in treatment groups was 93.3% and the significantly effective rate 83.3%, while that in control groups was 86.7% and the significantly effective rate 60.0% and the difference between the groups was（P〈 0.05）. The onsel time of bellgache, diarrhea was earlier in treatment group than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion JZET is effective for the acute infectious diarrhea of damp-heat syndrome.
