摘　　要：对HVDC换流站使用的Whqs-500型直流污秽带电清扫装置的绝缘杆、绝缘软管(含清洗液)、绝缘绳等三大部件进行电气和机械性能试验,验证了各部件的安全性。对装置整机进行耐压和泄漏电流试验,验证了装置的整机安全性。现场实际运行试验表明,该带电清扫装置操作灵活方便,清扫效果良好,可以实现对带电HVDC换流站内污秽支柱绝缘子的清扫。The capability test of the live cleaning machine of Whqs-500 type used at ＋500 kV converter stations is carried out, including the three parts of insulating pole, insulating tube/cleaner and insulating cord, and the security of all these parts is validated. The withstand voltage and leakage current to the whole machine are also tested for the security of the whole machine. The field-test of the machine indicates that it can be operated with agility and convenience, and works well to clean the polluted insulators at ＋500 kV converter stations.
