摘 要:代谢性核受体是一组与糖脂和能量代谢密切相关的核受体,主要包括脂质过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体、肝X受体、法尼酯衍生物X受体、维甲酸受体等。越来越多的证据表明,代谢性核受体不仅参与代谢综合征(MS)的发生,也是MS治疗的重要分子靶点。维甲酸X受体与其他代谢性核受体形成异源二聚体,调节靶基因的表达,参与多种牛物学过程。近年来发现,维甲酸及受体与MS各组分如肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病、血脂紊乱及高血压关系密切,本文就维甲酸及受体与MS的研究进展作一综述。Metabolic nuclear receptor is related to glucose,lipid and energy metabolism which consists of a group of nuclear hormone receptor transcription factors including peroxisome proliferators activated receptors (PPARs) ,liver X activated receptors (LXRs)and farnesoid X activated receptors (FXRs). More and more evidences show metabolic nuclear receptor not only participates in the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome ( MS), but also is the molecular target for the treatment of MS. Retinoid X receptors ( RXRs ) forms heterodimer with other metabolic nuclear receptors, thereby they can regulate the transcription of target genes and a number of essential biological processes. Recently,it is showed that retinoids, and their receptors are associated with obesity,insulin resistance, diabetes, lipid dysfunction, and hypertension. This article reviews the correlation between retinoids,their receptors and MS.
