摘 要:介绍了硫代磷酸酯高温缓蚀剂A及其胺中和改性产品B的制备和对环烷酸的缓蚀评价,利用扫描电镜对硫磷酸酯胺类衍生物缓蚀剂吸附膜进行了分析。实验结果表明:硫代磷酸酯及其衍生物有很好的抗环烷酸腐蚀的性能,其胺类衍生物对环烷酸有更好的缓蚀效果,低温下对碳钢几乎无腐蚀;在270℃左右,于酸值[m(KOH)/m(腐蚀介质油)]为50×10-3的腐蚀介质油中,当缓蚀剂B的体积分数为1.0×10-3时,对20#碳钢和321,304,316L不锈钢4种炼油化工装置常用材质都具有很好的缓蚀效果,其中对20#碳钢的缓蚀率可高达90%;高温缓蚀剂B在金属表面成膜较好,能有效地抑制环烷酸腐蚀。4种材质的耐环烷酸腐蚀能力从低到高的顺序为:20#碳钢,321不锈钢,304不锈钢,316L不锈钢。The thiophosphate corrosion inhibitor (A) and its amine neutralized derivative ( B ) were prepared and evaluated in high - temperature naphthenic acid environment. The surface film of the thiophosphate amine derivative on carbon steel 20# was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the thiophosphate and its derivative exhibit excellent inhibition performance in high- temperature naphthenic acid environment, while the amine derivative has better resistance against naphthenic acid corrosion and there is almost no corrosion to carbon steel at low temperature. The derivative (B) has superior inhibition effect on carbon steel 20# and stainless steel of 321,304 and 316 L,which are used commonly in the equipments of petrochemical plants in the corrosive medium oil at 50 × 10^-3 Ira( KOH)/m( corrosive medium oil) ] of the acid value and 270 ℃. The corrosion inhibition rate for 20# carbon steel has reached 90%. The derivative(B) manifests better film - forming ability on the metal surface, inhibiting effectively for naphthenic acid corrosion. The sequence of corrosion resistance ability for these steel materials from low to high is as follows:20# carbon steel, 321 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 L stainless steel.
