用重量法测定润滑油精制回收糠醛中的油含量

摘　　要：应用重量法对润滑油精制回收糠醛溶剂中油含量的测定方法进行了研究，选定的测定条件为：萃取剂石油醚的用量为20mL，试样（减一线油／减二线油）的称取量以10g为宜，相应的烘箱温度控制在（93±2）℃／（103±2）℃，烘干26min。数月的生产配合测定结果表明：该方法对试样油含量在1．0％～10．0％（质量分数）的回收率为95．0％～105．0％；测定准确度较好，适用范围较宽，能满足生产要求；特点是操作简便，稳定性较好，分析速度较快。The oil content in recovered furfural of lube oil refining was determined by gravimetric method. The selected determination conditions of extracting agent petroleum ether, sample of the first/second fraction of vacuum distillation, corresponding oven temperature and drying time were 20 mL,10g,（93±2）℃/（103 ±2）℃ and 26 minutes respectively. The results of production determination for months shows that the recovery rate is 95.0% - 105.0% ,when recovered oil mass fraction is 1.0% - 10. 0% in the sample. The determinationaccuracy is higher and the gravimetric method can satisfy the requirement of production.
