家用卫生杀虫气雾剂的安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价家用卫生杀虫气雾剂的安全性。方法按GB15670—1995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》对16种家用卫生杀虫气雾剂进行急性经口、吸入毒性试验，家兔眼刺激试验及家兔皮肤刺激试验。结果16种家用卫生杀虫气雾剂急性经口毒性、急性吸入毒性均属微毒级，对眼刺激强度均为轻度刺激性。6种家用卫生杀虫气雾剂对皮肤有轻度刺激，其余对皮肤均无刺激性。杀虫主要成分为除虫菊脂类农药，均为混配。结论家用卫生杀虫气雾剂属微毒农药制剂，用水作家用卫生杀虫气雾剂的载体是发展的方向。Objective To evaluate the safety of household insecticide aerosol.Methods According to GB15670-1995 ＂Pesticide Register Toxicity Testing Method＂, acute oral toxicity test and acute inhalation test in rats, skin irritation and eye irritation test in rabbits were conducted to test the safety of 16 kinds of insecticide aerosol. Results Both the acute oral toxicity and acute inhalation toxicity of the 16 kinds of household insecticide aerosol belonged to slight toxicity grade.The eye irritant intensity of the total tested insecticide aerosol belonged to low irritability. For the skin irritation test, six out of all 16 kinds of household insecticide aerosol had low irritability.The dominant components of insecticide were Pyrethroid Pesticide mixtures. Conclusion Household insecticide aerosol belongs to slight toxicity.Using water as the vehicle for household insecticide aerosol is the direction of development.
