摘  要:中国石油哈尔滨石化分公司采用汽油辅助反应器改造降烯烃技术,对催化裂化装置进行了改造。工业应用后存在装置能耗增加、后续产品质量下降、辅助沉降器晃动等问题,对此采取了相应解决措施。结果表明,将辅助提升管反应器底部蒸汽改为干气,可节约4 t/h左右的1.0 MPa蒸汽;增加工艺管线,可以回收热量1.23×107kJ/h,降低换热器循环水消耗达80 t/h;将辅助沉降器总料位由65%降低到47%左右,可减轻辅助沉降器的晃动。Fluidized - bed catalytic cracking (FCC) unit was revamped using an olefine reduction technology with auxiliary reactor in Harbin Petrochemical Company. There were some issues in FCC gasoline production after applying the technology, for example, the energy consumption increased, the quality of follow - up product declihed, and the auxiliary settler rocked. For these reasons, some steps were performed to resolve above issues. The results showed that about 1. 0 MPa steam of 4 t/h could be saved by changed steam to dry gas at the auxiliary riser reactor bottom. Assembling tube between auxiliary hot water system and original low temperature site system could recover heat 1.23×10^7 kJ/h and decreased the recycle water consumption of heat exchangers by 80 t/h. The auxiliary settler rocking could be lightened by dropping the total material level from 65% to 47%.
