摘　　要：采用DYF-110型油水分离器及“罐中罐”脱油技术，对中国石油兰州石化分公司酸性水汽提装置进行改造。工业应用表明，改造后装置净化水合格率由原来的60％～80％提高至98％以上；脱油率高，排水含油小于150mg／L，低于设计值。每年获得经济效益565．37万元。Sour water stripping unit was revamped by using DYF - 110 type oil - water separator and ＂tank within tank＂ deoiling technology in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. The results showed that, compared to original unit,the pass precent of treated water increased from 60% - 80% to 98% . The deoiling rate was high, and less than 150 mg/L. Its was 565.37 ten thousands content in the drain was annual economic benefit yuan
