摘　　要：在中国石油兰州石化分公司碳二加氢装置中,采用后加氢脱除乙炔技术,分别以中国石油兰州化工研究中心开发的LY-C2-02催化剂和德国Sud-Chemie公司生产的G-58 C型催化剂为加氢催化剂,进行了工业应用。结果表明,在第一段反应器中,LY-C2-02催化剂性能与G-58 C相当,前者平均除炔体积分数高于后者0.06个百分点,乙烯增量体积分数高于后者0.126个百分点;LY-C2-02催化剂在第二、三段反应器的运行时间均已超过3个月,装置运行平稳,出口乙炔体积分数小于1×10-6。C2 post- hydrogenation was carried out on LY - C2 - 02 and G - 58 C catalysts produced by Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center and Sud- Chemie Company of Germany respectively in C2 hydro- genation unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company using back hydrogenation technology. The results of commercial application showed that in the first stage reactor, the volume fraction of：removed ethyne and the increment of ethylene of LY -C2 -02 were 0.06 and 0. 126 percent points more than that of G -58℃ respectively. In the second and the third stage reactor, running time of LY - C2 - 02 catalyst was over 3 months, the unit run steadily,and the volume fraction of ethyne at outlet was less than 1 × 10^-6
