摘  要:宁波乐金甬兴化工有限公司丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS树脂)生产装置的日产污水量为2200t。改造前,装置排水中NH3-N含量为50~120mg/L,CODCr含量为130~150mg/L。通过对气浮系统改造,预处理排水CODCr,由7500mg/L降至4000mg/L;采用A/O工艺及内回流方式对二级生化-吸附再生系统进行改造,生化池处理效率高于98%,排水中CODCr,含量为50~80mg/L,NH3-N含量为0~2mg/L,二者去除率分别为99.6%,99.9%。2 200t/d wastewater from acrylonitrile - butadiene -styrene terpolymer unit was treated with treatment process. Before modification, NH3 - N and CODcr in the treated water were 50 - 120 rag/ L, 130 -150 mg/L respectively. After the air floating system reformed, CODcr in pretreated water was decreased from 7 500 mg/L to 4 000 mg/L. The biochemistry - adsorption regeneration system was revamped with A/O technology and inner reflux mode, and the efficiency of biochemistry treatment pool was more than 98% , the CODcr and NH3 - N in the ultimate drainage were 50 - 80 mg/L, 0 - 2 mg/L respectively.
