摘　　要：通过增加1台立式滗析器,对中国石油兰州石化公司15kt/a丁腈橡胶装置腈水提浓系统进行改造。改造后经提浓的丙烯腈质量分数大于90%,可直接用于聚合反应;单体转化率基本达到73%左右;产品质量提高,生产成本降低。By adding a ding of acrylonitrile-water vertical decantor, remoul- concentration system was performed in nitrile rubber plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. After remoulding, mass fraction of concentrated acrylonitrile was more than 90% and could be reused directly in the copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. The monomer conversion could reach 73%. The quality of products was improved and production cost was reduced.
