摘  要:根据基本守恒方程建立了描述气-固两相流动的数学模型,将用于单相流计算的SIMPLE算法改进后,成功地开发了预测流化床内流体动力学的CASICC软件包。进而详细地模拟了单组分射流床空隙率分布特性,结果表明时均空隙率随轴向位置依次分为:浓相区、颗粒夹带区和稀相区。所得结论与实验观察相一致。A software package named as CASICC (Computational Analysis for Significant Information of Coal Conversion) has been successfully developed by modified SIMPLE algorithm, which can be used to predict the fluid dynamic characteristics in gas solid fluidized beds. Porosity distributions along the axial direction in a two dimensional jetting fluidized bed containing mono component are fully described by this CASICC software. The simulated results show that time averaged porosity distributions are in agreement with experimental and computed data, reported by Gidaspow et al. (1983), and the jetting fluidized bed can be divided into three regions (dense region, particle entrained region, and dilute region), which provide more useful information on design and scaleup of jetting fluidized reactors.
