添加剂对乳化切削液极压性能影响研究

摘　　要：用法莱克斯(Falex)试验机,研究不同浓度PRIOLUBE2044三羟甲基丙烷单酸酯、P51NR氯化石蜡、BASE L66硫氯化脂肪、RC2540二烃基五硫化物对乳化切削液极压性能的影响。结果表明:酯类添加剂效果不明显;氯化石蜡和硫氯化脂肪有一定改善作用;活性硫化物对提高乳化切削液的极压性能效果显著。The effects of four additives including PRIOLUBE2044 trimethylol propane monoester, P51NR chlorinated paraffin, BASEL66 sulfur - chlorinated fatty oil and RC2540 pentasulfid, bis （2,2,4 - trirnethyl） pentyl in different concentration on the extreme pressure property of soluble oil were discussed by means of the Falex Pin and Vee Block Test Machine. The results showed that active sulphid make a great improvement in EP property, chlorinated paraffin and sulfur- chlorinated fatty oil have a little function, but ester has nearly nothing effect.
