摘  要:利用激光导热仪测定填充不同用量炭黑N220的胶料在温度范围为25~140℃内的比热容。分析发现,胶料的比热容随温度的升高而线性增大,随炭黑用量增大而降低;用最小二乘法拟合出比热容与温度和炭黑用量的试验关系式。计算值与试验值的平均相对误差为3.09%,可以较好地满足工程计算的需要。The thermal capacities of tread compounds with different addition levels of carbon black N220 at 25-140℃ were measured with LFA 447 Nanoflash^TM instrument. The results showed that the specific thermal capacity of tread compound increased as the temperature rose, and decreased as the addition level of carbon black increased; and a correlation formula was fitted for specific thermal capacity with temperature and carbon black loading by least square method. The average relative error between calculated value and test result was 3.09%,which could meet the requirements of engineering calculation.
