摘　　要：试验研究填充剂Austin Black和IIR再生胶在全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层中的应用效果。结果表明,随着填充剂Austin Black用量的增大,硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率有所降低,气密性明显提高;随着IIR再生胶用量的增大,硫化胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率略有下降,拉断永久变形稍有增大;添加10份填充剂Austin Black和30份IIR再生胶,硫化胶的气密性明显提高,其它物理性能变化不大,胶料的混炼和挤出工艺性能明显改善,成品轮胎性能良好。改进配方后,单胎成本降低约6.50元。The application of filler Austin Black and reclaimed IIR in inner liner compound of TBR tire was investigated. The test results showed that as the addition level of Austin Black increased, the tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanizate decreased, the air-tightness of vulcanizate improved;as the addition level of reclaimed IIR increased, the tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanizate decreased slightly,set at break increased little;by using 10 phr Austin Black and 30 phr reclaimed IIR, the air-tightness of vulcanizate was improved, and other physical properties changed little, the mixing property and extrudability were improved significantly,and the performances of tires were good. The modified formula reduced the cost of a tire by 6.50 yuan approximately.
