摘　　要：声乐套曲《苏武牧羊》是一部优秀却又鲜为人知的获奖作品,从作词、作曲、制作到演唱的流行音乐民族化创作方面具有大胆探索和创新并达到很高的艺术水平。本文试从音乐美学的角度分四方面进行评论赏析并着重探讨其成功之处,旨在弘扬其精神,促进和探寻我国音乐创作尤其是流行音乐民族化创作和发展的新路子。The vocal suite The shepherd Su Wu is an excellent and reconditely prize - winning work. It explored and innovated daringly from word - creation, compose, postproduction to the aspect of nationalization of the pop - music when singing. This dissertation tried to review and appreciate the success of it from the angle of musical aesthetic from four aspects mentioned above, in order to develop and expand its spirit, promote and explore the new way of the music - making especially the nationalize of the pop - music in our country.
